After a successful career in Financial Services Technology in London, our founder, Tarun Munjal, sought to contribute to the world in a more substantial way — by shaping a future aligned with his values.
From Vision to Impact
SWE was co-founded by Tarun Munjal and Suresh Pahwa, an IIT FMS alumnus with extensive leadership experience in multinational companies. Suresh’s knowledge of solar energy and strategic insight complemented Tarun’s vision of creating sustainable technological solutions for the energy sector. Together, they formed SWE with a mission to push the boundaries of what’s possible in renewable energy and digital transformation.
Over time, SWE forged powerful partnerships, including a joint venture with The meeco Group, a Swiss renewable energy leader. This collaboration has been a cornerstone of our growth and enabled us to serve as a strategic partner for their technology platforms and Information Security services. As we continued realizing commercial and industrial solar projects, we recognized the need for digital technology to revolutionize the renewable energy landscape.
Today, we provide innovative digital solutions for renewable energy companies globally, helping them navigate complex technological challenges while ensuring secure and sustainable operations.
